360Mind was born out of a shared belief in the transformative potential of psychedelic therapy. Our team of four, though not medical doctors, brings a unique blend of expertise and passion to the field.
Two of our partners have a proven track record in running successful health optimization clinics. They understand the intricacies of providing personalized care and creating a safe and supportive environment for clients seeking transformative experiences.

Clinical Staff
David is a Certified Nurse Practitioner. He received his bachelor’s degree of Science from Nicholls State University in 2006. He proceeded to Southern University School of Nursing where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing 2011 and Master’s Degree of Science in Nursing 2017. David has a background in family medicine, Emergency medicine and preventative medicine since 2017. He has specialized in hormone replacement therapy helping men and women optimize their health and well being. Outside of medicine, David enjoys boxing, cycling, soccer, nature and spending time with his 3 daughters.

Tiffany is a highly experienced, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner licensed to practice in 18 states: AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, ID, KY, MD, ME, MI, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, SC, and WI. She brings over a decade of expertise in ketamine therapy and psychedelic medicine, helping patients manage treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, and chronic pain. Tiffany earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University, and holds additional certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). With her extensive experience and multi-state licensure, she is well-equipped to deliver care to patients nationwide through 360Mind’s at-home ketamine therapy program.

Hard work and attention to detail come naturally to this farm girl from the Northwest. It has always been her top priority to make sure that clients feel valued and a part of the family. Morgan & her husband moved from Montana to Florida to experience life in a new environment and pursue their passions for Bodybuilding. For the two of them, health and fitness are a top priority, but they also understand the importance of mental health. With an interest in all aspects of living life healthier and happier, Morgan is excited to be a part of the 360 Mind team and to help patients experience healing and health in an innovative way.

Kincaid is a driving force behind 360Mind's strategic vision and technological infrastructure. For over a decade, he has been a passionate advocate in the psychedelic therapy community, exploring how psychedelics and various compounds can rewire the brain to foster healing.
With extensive experience in digital innovation, Kincaid has led product teams and developed solutions for some of the world's leading tech companies. His expertise spans product development, customer success, marketing, and growth hacking.
